A big congratulation to all the runners who competed in the Inaugural Vancouver Rock and Roll Half Marathon and 10K. Claudette, Dean, Jen, Aaron, May, Jamie, Adele and Melissa were joined by 12,500 other runners in what turned out a really successful day. Well Dean and Claudette certainly do! San Jose was their first in a trifecta of half marathons within a 6 week period, wow that’s some going. Way to go you two, beer well deserved, you guys rock. Next stop Vancouver, then Vegas baby!
Muck MS – Chilliwack
A great day of fun was had at the Muck MS event. This was a 5k fundraising event in aid of Multiple Sclerosis Canada. The course was muddy with around 12 obstacles along the route.
