In June, Bob ran the Sandcastle City Classic 10k race. The route takes you through the south Surrey, White Rock area and is known for being a fast mainly downhill course. Unfortunately for Bob the route was changed slightly this year because of roadworks, so it turned out to be a much more winding and challenging route than normal.

Not to be put off Bob stuck to the job and came in with a very respectable time, as well as, what has become his hallmark, that huge beaming smile at the end. Way to go Bob!
